"REALITY CHECK DAY" Bring the Reality of adult financial responsibilities to life in a day of experiments with personal economic possibilities.
We are hosting a special abbreviated version of Reality Check Day for Upward Bound's students on their financial literacy day--Our portion of their schedule will be from 12p-2p
Adults volunteers are needed to role play the different characters that students will encounter as they try to manage the financial life they have been assigned.You will be the "Landlord" or the "Banker" or the "Car Salesman" or the "Child Care Center" or "the Fickle Finger of Fate" the as teens budget a simulated "month in the life" of adults making their way ...on their own.
This Reality Check Day event will consist of one simulation Mad City Money.
A Reality Check Day t-shirt will be provided!
