YOU can change people lives by sorting food, bagging items and carrying them out to the TEFAP clients' vehicles with a BIG smile. Participating with the Food Distribution is a wonderful and easy way to connect to folks in Roosevelt County that we may not otherwise have an opportunity to meet. Food Distribution will occur at Central Christian Church in Portales NM.
This monthly food distribution is a federal program of the USDA dept., provided and delivered by the Food Bank of ENM. United Way of ENM coordinates these distributions, managing to assist in getting food into the hands of on average 250 Portales families every month.
