Happy Monday!
I just wanted to take a few moments and introduce myself to all of the fantastic volunteers, agencies and fans of the Volunteer Action Center. My name is Casey Peacock and I am the new VAC Coordinator. I am super excited to take on this new role and to continue sharing my passion for volunteering within our local communities and supporting all of the wonderful agencies.
At this time, I am in the training stage and learning the ins and outs of the website. My goal is to visit with each and every agency and learn more about what you do and how best to assist you in sharing your events and needs with everyone. I will also be working on new blog posts weekly. If you have an idea, topic or suggestion for the weekly blog post, please let me know. In addition to the blog post, I will be posting information to the Volunteer Action Center Facebook page. If you haven't liked our page yet, we would love for you to like the page and interact with us through that communication avenue as well.
Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or are interested in setting up an appointment to visit about things. I will be more than happy to visit with you and travel to you.
