Who We Are
A direct-service of United Way of Eastern New Mexico, SYCC provides clean, professional clothing to women conducting job searches and starting new positions requiring office-wear and dress code requirements. This service is meant to empower women and help them improve and change their lives through this free service. SYCC clients are allowed to make appointments with the Closet, choose clothes suited to their needs. This boutique style room gives them a private dressing room and access to gently-used, women's work wear that otherwise might not be affordable to them. This is a free service. What We Do
We coach women, as needed, in clothes selection for their application submissions and job interviews. Once hired, we allow women to select a starter wardrobe to allow them to fit a dress-code policy or uniform requirement.
We take in donations of clean, gently-used clothing, including shoes, purses, accessories, separate pieces and outfits. Call 2-1-1 or 575-769-2103 for donation information.
