Kindred Hospice makes our patients and their families our first priority. Our mission is to make a difference in their lives by walking hand in hand throughout their journey. Our hospice team includes physicians, nurses, certified nurse’s aides, social workers, a chaplain and volunteers. All staff and volunteers receive specialized training specific to patients’ end of life needs. Kindred Hospice in Clovis is a Level 4 “We Honor Veterans” Hospice – staff and volunteers receive specialized training in providing services to the veteran. What We Do
Hospice is a unique benefit that specializes in in the type of care to help you, or your loved one take control of your life and your disease. Hospice is a holistic approach to care that includes medical, social and spiritual care. The hospice team has received special training on end of life care. Kindred’s team together has over 50 years of experience. The Hospice benefit covers the care as well as the cost of medical equipment, medications and medical supplies related to the hospice diagnosis.
Choosing hospice does not mean you are giving up on life. Instead it means you are focusing on quality of life.
